We are working with a leading company based in Shipley, that are looking for a Debt Recovery Administrator to join their exciting and expanding team!The role is temporary in the first instance, with high potential to go permanent if successful. Experience in a debt recovery or credit control position is desirable but not essential. They are willing to look at applicants with strong customer service/telecommunication experience.The main duties of the role will be -- Reviewing and analysing aged debt and making high volumes of calls to recover monies.- Agreeing debt collection targets and negotiating payment plans.- Payment handling.- Issue aged debt reports to an allocated list of clients per month.- Support the billing team when required.- Other ad-hoc tasks to support the department.For further details please apply now!To apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
