Job Description

Were looking for a friendly and approachable Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support team in Shipley, West Yorkshire. Join our warm and welcoming team and make a difference in the world of customer service!Our goal is to deliver a first-class service to our customers throughout the customer journey. The Operations Teams responsibility is to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage expectations appropriately with the objectiveof achieving customer satisfaction.Our Customer Support Representatives are an integral part of the Operations Team and can handle any query, from beginning to end. Assisting customers with their accounts, answering questions about Switch2, scheduling appointments with customers and givingtechnical advice.As a Customer Accounts Representative, your responsibilities include promptly handling customer and client communications via various channels, professionally promoting first-time issue resolution, escalating and documenting complaints according to establishedprocedures, and ensuring end-to-end resolution while keeping stakeholders informed. Youll identify and guide customers to digital self-serve options, manage workstreams to surpass KPIs, collaborate across the organization for seamless issue resolution, adaptto changing priorities in a flexible environment, and provide valuable feedback to enhance our services and customer experience.Customer Support Representative Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with both Customers, clients and Engineers via the telephone and email in a highly organised and professional manner.

  • Proficient in navigating Social Media Platforms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge, Training and Relevant Experience to do the job
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Educated to GCSE ‘O’ level standard or NVQ level 2 or 3 in customer service or administration
