Job Description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join Incommunities on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and delivering data visualisation.   • Provide high quality, real time measures, management information and business intelligence systems
  • Work closely with the Systems Programmers in the provision of high quality software systems
  • Provide exception reports to key stakeholders to enable continual data quality monitoring and improvement
  • Provide visualisations and reports for our core business end users
  • Involvement in a partnership project looking at using Al and Machine Learning tools to enhance our use of data and the services we offer to our customers
Requirements
  • Experience of creating engaging dashboards with drilldown, allowing business stakeholders to analyse and improve performance
  • Strong Data Warehouse skills
  • Demonstrable experience of using query tools, SQL and software/scripting languages to deliver management information
  • Proven experience of using Tableau, Power BI and of ETL job creation/management
  • Experience of delivery and interpreting management information and business intelligence information in a performance environment
  • The ability to disseminate complex information to a wide audience including non technical senior management
