Job Description

Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting for this small local office of a larger manufacturing business in Shipley. The business are looking to replace a permanent member of staff but this role will initially offered on an interim basis. They are lookingfor a real all rounder who will get involved in everything from the day to day accounts to general office management tasksSome main duties include:

  • Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation of VAT return
  • Import daily sales invoices
  • Manage sales ledger and deal with customer invoice and account queries
  • Credit Control
  • Detailed monthly reporting to Treasury Department
  • Assist in Tax year end
  • Month end journals preparation, checking and posting, including:
  • Month End Reporting
  • Manage purchase ledger and deal with supplier invoice and account queries
  • Management and control of fixed assets
  • Liaising with external suppliers, including
  • Purchasing of all supplies as required
  • Event management
