Accounts Manager- SheffieldAn opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious accountant to manage their own portfolio, and team at a well established independent practice in Sheffield.You will start as an Accounts Manager with an eye to grow and progress as you gain exposure to a burgeoning client base. This role will consist largely of accounts and tax work, with managerial duties managing a small team.Duties:Manage a diverse portfolio of clientsPrepare and review working papers, statutory accounts and management accountsPrepare and review corporation tax computations and returnsLine manage staff, overseeing work and assisting when neededAssist with billingNetworking and building long lasting business relationshipsCollaborate with Directors and ManagersProfile:ACA or ACCA QualifiedSignificant accounts, VAT and tax experience in practiceAt least 12 months experience managing a team or juniors.Exemplary communication and writing skills and be capable of liaising and forming relationships with clients.Experience with accounts software such as Iris, Xero and SageFor more information or if you wish to apply for this role, please send your CV and details to James Gosling at AJ Chambers.
