Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef for their popular Café Bistro on the outskirts of Guildford, Surrey.The Café has 34 seats inside and approximately 30 outside. Its an Established Café Bistro with plans for growth and development,there are lots of opportunity to progress and exciting projects for the year ahead. The food offering includes full English breakfast, pancakes, sandwiches, soups, jackets potatoes, salads and a variety of hot dishes all freshly prepared onsite.You will need to-be an experienced Chef-have good health and safety skills-be financially aware-creative Baking skills would also be an advantage-be competent to work in a busy café environment leading and managing a team of up to 8 team members. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding family run business with a great established team. This Head Chef position offers the advantage of working daytime hours, 5/7 days, working 45 hours per week.
