Job Description

Acorn Recruitment is representing an expanding dynamic business who are recruiting for an organised and enthusiastic Estimate Administrator.Applicants should be able to demonstrate:* Being a good communicator* Having the ability to work with people from different departments and levels within the business* Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and AdobeSuccessful applicants will need to:* Liaise with sales team to ensure a correct understanding of the project requirements and the customers needs* Gain an understanding of individual projects, its background, and the project overall, this will then allow you to determine the correct level of measurement* Create estimates and ensure all works are dealt with promptly and accurately * Creating and updating the database in a timely manner * Utilise tools to streamline work content * Generate estimates and projects based on scopes of works * Ensure estimating procedures and protocols are followed * Review daily & weekly reports * Support other members of the team* please note, applications are also welcome from potential trainees who would like to learn how to be an estimator *Weekly hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday Salary: £18,750-£22,000 - depending on experienceAcorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
