Job Description

Pay: MPSStart Date: September 2020Finance Assistant (starting September 2020)Full-time or Part-time ConsideredFTE Salary £20,222 - £22,072 per annum (actual salary £17,759.37 - £19,384.07 per annum)37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per annumWe are looking for a flexible, highly effective, efficient and organised Finance Assistant to support our Finance team with the day to day running of finances. You will be responsible for supporting the School Business Manager and Finance Officer.Core responsibilities will focus primarily on processing and reconciling a range of financial transactions including managing the purchase order process, school trips/payments and processing the month end bank reconciliation for the academies accounts.Previous financial administrative experience within a school environment is preferred and applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy. The ideal candidate will have excellent MS office skills e.g. Excel and Word and be a competent user of a range of finance/school specific packages. Knowledge of Sage 50, ParentPay and SIMS would be a distinct advantage but not essential.In return Trinity can offer:

We are a single academy trust which operates under the sponsorship of 30 local churches in the Sevenoaks area.
