Job Description

Responsibilities: -
  • Assist with archiving, data storage, and document processing.
  • Manage event and mailing lists, RSVP lists, and expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics such as booking taxis, couriers, and meeting rooms.
  • Handle file opening, produce reports, and manage correspondence.
  • Scan and distribute post and assist with audio typing.
About You: -
  • Cilex qualification preferred.
  • Strong keyboard skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Organised with excellent time management abilities.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
