Experienced Nursery Manager sought for busy nursery located in Selly Park, Birmingham.Well established nursery with a Good Ofsted inspection with an extensive outside play area which is well equipped throughout and having access to the local contryside.The suitable candidate will be a natural leader and have excellent organisation and managerial skills, together with a drive, passionare and can do attitude to help take the setting forward. The nursery manager will be expected to oversee, high quality childcare and the operational day to day requirements of a busy nursery. Responsibilities will be to;* Ensure adequate staffing at all times meeting ofsted ratios in all rooms. * Policies and procedures are adhered to.* Build positive working relationships with children,families and staff.* Marketing of the nursery - organising and attending events.* Keyholder * Staff cover when required.* Liase effectively with Area Manager / Owners. Requirements; Experience of leading, managing and motivating staff in a busy demanding nursery.Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and inspection framework and be able to adapt and implement changes as required.Experience of managing a setting through an Ofsted Inspection.Qualifications;Minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent.At Least two years experience in an Early years Setting.Peadiatric First Aid.DBS on the update service or issued within the last 12 months.Right to work in the UK.Working Hours;40 hours per week on a shift rota between the hours of 7.30am - 6.00pm, Monday - Friday.Salary; £25,000 - £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience.If this sounds like the next job for you, please get in touch!*Tinies Treats & bonus scheme for successful applicant.*T&Cs apply.
