Job Description

***Required: A new Clinical Lead to work for my client***If youve got demonstrable experience of working within a dementia setting and a Nursing qualification, then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.Interested Then read on...Tell me more about the role...You will be primarily tasked with the day to day management of the home alongside the Registered Manager and deputise in their absence. You will be responsible for the home development plans to ensure safe and effective care.Youll report to the Registered Manager and will also be responsible for the following:

  • Achieving clinical KPIs
  • Completing contingency risk assessments for new and existing service users
  • Providing clinical guidance and training for the team
  • Supporting with regular nursing duties within the home leading the other members of the clinical team
    • What experience do I needMy client wants someone whos got experience of working within a dementia setting.Theyll also need you to have experience of supporting and supervising care and clinical staff and planning, directing a delivering quality assurance.In addition, its essential that you possess the following:
  • A nursing qualification and current NMC registration
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working within a nursing home as a clinical staff member
  • Previous clinical supervision experience
