Fircroft is a residential college occupying a former Cadbury family home, set in six acres of beautiful grounds in Selly Oak, Birmingham. The post holder will be required to coordinate people and processes in admissions and Reception, provide Careers Information Advice and Guidance, and help keep students safe in a 24/7 college.To be considered for this role you must have the ability to line manage and lead a team, have experience of dealing with a range of people with different requirements in a customer-facing role, organisational and administrative experience in a fast-pacedrole. Ideally, the successful candidate will have an IAG qualification at level 3, a willingness to undertake further training towards an IAG qualification at level 5 or above, and sufficient knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent to join the wider SafeguardingTeam.
