They strive to create an inclusive and safeenvironment that guides and stimulates their children to achieve through enjoyment.As a Graduate Early Years Practitioner, you will be expected to work alongside the class teacher to provide support and encouragement to children during lesson activities. You will also support children with any individual requirements and needs and helpto monitor progression throughout each term.Your role will be split across the Early Years age groups and you will gain invaluable experience in the running of a classroom environment and dealing with situations that you may only come across by experiencing them first-hand.This role is to start as soon as possible with a view to running for the full academic year for the right candidate.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping the youngest school children to start their journey and to develop their own skills too!
