Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedSocial WorkerforChild in Need/Child Protectionteams.Pay Rate –up to£35.21/Hr.Location - SeftonYour key responsibilities will include:

  • Complete children and family assessments for children with complex disabilities and health care needs
  • Present the needs of families to disability resource panel to secure packages of care
  • Review packages of care
  • Manage CIN plans, CP plans and CFC plans
  • Chair CIN meetings and Core Group Meetings
  • Attending strategy meetings and completing section 47 enquiries

  • SWE Registered
  • Must have minimum 2yearsof experience asSocial Workerin children’s services
  • Must hold UK Driving License
