Facilities AssistantLeicester City Football Club are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Team and wider Operations Team at the Clubs new Training Ground facility.About The RoleBased at Leicester Citys new world class training ground, the key duties of this role include picking up and transporting goods in and out of the training ground as well as across the Clubs other sites, carrying out minor non-technical maintenance tasksand upkeep duties (such a bulb rounds, filter changing and plant cleaning), assisting departments across the Club when required with transport of equipment, monitoring and reporting any damages or defects to building fabrics or equipment, and liaising withreception staff for the setup of events, meeting rooms, or classrooms.Who Were Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working well under their own initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting both the wider operations team and the overall site. A willingness to work unsociablehours when required, the successful candidate will have a flexible approach to shift patterns, reflecting the unique, varied and dynamic operational needs. The role is physically demanding, and candidates will require the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavyitems.
