Sitting within our Ecommerce team (the fastest growing department in our rapidly expanding textiles business), you would be expected to support digital content creation and help to maintain our Ecommerce channels. You will also be providing support for all the administrative tasks that Ecommerce entails.Your average day will be fast paced with varied workloads, so good time management and plenty of enthusiasm is required. There is huge scope for growth and development within this team and you will receive lots of support and training to develop your skills and experience. Of course, an interest in interior design and home furnishings is advantageous and we are especially interested in candidates that can demonstrate some experience of web content management and design.Daily TasksThe role of Digital Content Executive (Junior) will support the day-to-day tasks undertaken by our Content Management, Design/Creative, Customer Service and Fulfilment teams. Tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Organising spreadsheets/systems containing product data
  • Editing images and videos, and preparing photoshoot areas
  • Writing product descriptions and brand copy
  • Reviewing product listings for quality check purposes
  • Supporting with social media advertising
  • General administration
  • Answering email enquiries
  • TrainingThe successful candidate will learn about all aspects of Ecommerce, including:
  • Copywriting
  • Product photography (cut outs and secondary imagery)
  • Image editing, from simple clean ups to batch editing
  • Image management
  • Product data management
  • Processing online orders
  • Online customer service
  • Experience/SkillsWe believe you are the right person for this role if you meet the following criteria:
  • You have a keen interest in Business, Marketing or Media
  • You have basic knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Premier Pro/After Effects) and wish to learn more
  • You would like to pursue a career in IT, Digital Marketing or similar
  • You work well as part of a team, and youre a quick learner
  • You are honest, reliable and hardworking
  • You can easily make a daily commute to the Leeds 14 area
  • HoursWe are looking for someone who can join us for a minimum of 12 months, working between 30 and 40 hours per week. Should you be successful during this time, there will likely be a full-time permanent role waiting for you.Salary(Based on 40 hours per week)£12,000 - £14,000 per annum.
