Job Description

We are exclusively managing a new laboratory informatics opportunity for a growing cell therapy contract development & manufacturing organization. This newly, developing facility will operate under a comprehensive IT infrastructure including eQMS and an eBMR, with a LIMS with secure storage for client documents and paperless systems.Our client is currently in the process of implementing a new Labware LIMS system, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join at the start of this new project.The main purpose of this role is to support the business to implement, provide training for and interface with electronic systems such as Laboratory Information Systems (LIMs), electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), electronic Environmental Monitoring System (eEMS) and the electronic Batch Manufacturing Record (eBMR) system.Job SummaryBased in Cambridge, the Laboratory Systems Administrator will be a LIMS, EMS, eQMS, eBMR administrator and superuser, responsible for the efficient implementation and ongoing support of the systems.The Laboratory Systems Administrator will work closely with the company to manage CSV lifecycles for all computerised systems and ensure that the systems remain compliant with current polices and regulations. All work will be carried out under the principles of GMP.The successful candidate will also interact with third party manufacturers and suppliers for training, maintenance, and service provision to ensure that our client is receiving the best possible support, service, and technology.Experience/qualifications:• Experience of administrating, configuring and developing a LIMS system – Labware preferred• Experience of computerised systems• Experience of training others• Excellent IT skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
