Permanent - Full TimeWould you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction industryIf so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Design Manager / Senior Design Manager to join us in Cambridge!About the RoleJoining us as a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design management service for our customers,key partners, suppliers at bid and delivery stages.About YouWith previous experience on both in both bid and PCSA stages of two-stage tendering procurement, you have previously worked within the design management function of a main contractor. You’ll have a sound technical knowledge of design packages and be comfortableinputting at the key stages of a project including consultant selection, procurement, and project delivery. Educated to degree level or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline and ideally be a member of an industry recognised professional institute (e.g.RIBA / CIAT / CIOB).
