Job Description

My clientis an award-winning team with 2years’ experience. Theycurrently manage800,000 properties on behalf of their clients across the UK.Being a young company and growing rapidlyevery month theyare looking for driven and carer ambitious people to join theirteam supporting clients and each other.

  • Harlow / Relocating to new offices in Sawbirdgeworth in June.
  • £25K
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9am – 5pm
  • 1 hour lunch break

The Role:
  • Cleansing existing data and removing any inaccuracies, identifying errors and omissions
  • Establishing key stakeholder requirements from our data systems
  • Ensuring that the key systems feeding the data have been updated by the relevant users.
  • Following up with stakeholders to correct or provide the relevant data.
  • Comparing existing data with other data sources to streamline data sources and deliver a single version of the truth.
  • Establishing processes and controls to ensure data can only be updated by agreed users and at defined points in time.
  • Developing consistency checks, exception reports and alerts to identify any potential future data inconsistencies, errors or omissions.
  • Collating key data for use in the business planning and reforecasting, and mapping to the required format.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Data Administrator, Clerk or Coordinator
  • Relevant data management skills and experience
  • Strong system experience including Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge and use of data bases and BI systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work closely with the team to deliver results.
