Job Description

HR Systems Advisor I am very proud to be working with a global business on a fast paced growth path, searching for a HR Systems and Admin expert. This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation providing reporting and administrative support to the Senior HR Team. You will also be working with the HR Director on pivotal HR projects. Support and coaching will be provided throughout to develop your skills and allow you to grow with the role. You will be able to work full time on a hybrid working pattern, 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. You will need to be within a commutable distance of Sandy and/or Stevenage. The role has 2 main elements, HR Systems and Administration. You will help deliver the provision of Management Information across the HR Team and also provide HR and administrative support to the executive team. Key responsibilities

  • HR Systems management and reporting
  • Training and coaching other system users
  • General HR and payroll administration
  • Delivery of administration to support key HR projects
  • Administration of compliance training and records
  • Co-ordination of internal communications
Experience required
  • Strong working understanding of systems and general IT
  • Ability to train and coach other system users at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A passion to automate manual tasks where possible
  • Solution focused
  • Good written and PowerPoint skills in order to prepare communications for all internal stakeholders.
