Job Description

Advancing People are assisting our Great Gransden based client in the recruitment of an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator. This role will pay up to £25,000 for the right candidate. You will need to have office experience with either a customerservice or telesales background.

  • Developing relationships with key customer and supplier contacts, maintaining good working relationships and building rapport
  • Deal with any customer queries that may arise from order placement through to delivery of goods
  • Investigate and resolve all Customer Service related complaints
  • Ensure all order amendments and daily tasks are completed as required
  • Ensure customer details are up to date and systems maintained
  • Provide daily and weekly KPI data
