Job Description

Inspire People deliver better digital outcomes in the Public Sector, Life Sciences and Tech for Good sectors, helping customers who create social impact to accelerate their digital transformation with Advisory, Talent and Project services. The role of SalesAdministrator has been developed to meet the increase in demand in customer demand following COVID-19 and recent project wins (Lifebit, Department for International Trade and Bank of England). Starting salary in the range of £24k to £28k plus quarterly bonus.Based in Discovery Park, Sandwich, Kent with option of hybrid working. Part of our Talent Delivery Team, you will be supporting Consultants and working alongside the Head of Consultancy to create a seamless journey of excellence for customers and candidates from the moment they engage with us.Youll be working closely with the Head of Consultancy to learn and improve the customer and candidate experience across the business, including driving CRM automation of everyday tasks and in-built contact functions. Responsibilities to involve (but not limited to)

  • Candidate Application and Registration
  • Candidate and Profile Management, including automation of CV Coversheets
  • CRM Management and ongoing Automation, including Monthly Business Reviews, KPI / Dashboard reports and financial data as required
  • Arranging Interviews
  • Customer and Candidate communication vis email, phone and CRM.
  • Social Media and website updates, including assisting with Case Studies, Newsletters and events
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

A proactive approach to improving all the communication channels and always seeking to engageat a higher level. * Attention to detail: Acutely aware of how important your internal and external communication is presented to the business, the candidate and customer. Able to maintain all communication channels in real time and to the highest standards. * Problem Solving: Constantly asking questions, and proactively seeking the answer. Always providing solutions to the business and the candidate when questions arise. * Adaptability : Being able to work in an often changing environment. Anticipating solutions before problems arise and adapting to fast moving situations.
