Job Description

Our customer base includes the Bank of England,Department for Business and Trade, HM Land Registry, DVLA and Lifebit. We are growing and are looking for motivated trainee/apprentice Resourcers to join our team. We will provide you with the opportunity to work towards attaining your NVQ Level 2 in RecruitmentResourcing (Cert RR), a starting salary of between £15000-£20000 per year depending on experience and a great benefits package. Were based in Discovery Park, a world-class innovation and business hub in Kent, with on-site café, restaurant and a host of amenities and thriving tenants networking events. We have access to co-location sites across London and the rest of the UK. Role and Responsibilities:* Working alongside our experienced Delivery Team, youll be assisting in the pro-active outreach to find and engage technical talent (both functional and leadership candidates) and will be using a variety of channels to do this - social media, our own database,commercial job boards, CV databases, newtworking groups and market mapping target talent pools. * Youll be using leading edge Rec-Tec to enable you to identify talent and approach them, including the use of video platforms, social media persona development, presence and posting and video and telephone interviewing candidates as an initial point ofrelationship building. * Youll be developing these relationships into strong candidate talent pools by using timely communication tools and keep-in-touch points to help the Delivery Consultants provide the right talent at the right time to our clients. * Attend customer briefings (Teams, phone or in person) to fully understand their requirements and work hand in hand with the Consultant to deliver on their requirements at pace. * Constantly updating the CRM (TrackerRMS) to ensure it is up to date and always utilised to its full extent. Additional Responsibilities:* Confirm interviews with candidates and customers. * Send out candidate Information packs confirming interview details, job descriptions, and client company information. * Assisting in mailings to candidates, including marketing candidates to identified target companies. * Provide support in the preparation of candidate CVs where required (e.g. typing and layout, proof-reading). Some of the attributes youre going toneed right now to succeed in this role will be:* Highly methodical completer finisher: We expect a high level of attention to detail in all communications with both our clients and candidates and of course internally, and if you currently value excellence in each of your endeavors andaccept nothing but the best from yourself, then we can teach and train you to use our tools and platforms to excel at your role. * Ability to manage your own workload and have a pro-active approach problem solving and critical deadlines: This is a pressurised, time sensitive environment and you will need to demonstrate your ability to perform under pressure to find andengage with technical talent using the best tools our industry can provide. * Problem solving skills: Sometimes we need to find alternative paths to engage with the top talent our clients expect - this could be uncovering talent in specific geographical regions, or a unique technical skillset, possibly tapping intocommunities of underrepresented talent or specific project knowledge. Youll need to be a critical thinker to uncover these alternative talent pathways and devise approaches to engage them. * Relationship building skills: Our whole business is founded on our ability to create and build relationships so your People skills will be a critical requirement. You wont be camera shy or averse to picking up the phone and having coldconversations. We use video to engage our candidates and are constantly communicating via video, phone, email, text, social media, WhatsApp and face to face. Measurement:* Meets or exceeds personal agreed weekly KPIs and/or Revenue Contribution. Travel Requirements:* Occasional travel to conduct candidate and client meetings will be required.
