  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Supporting clients with medication administration and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting clients with mobility and providing assistance with walking aids or equipment.
  • Assisting with meal preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities with clients.
  • Assisting with light household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients health or well-being to the relevant team members.
Required Skills:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (essential due to the nature of the role).
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual client needs.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a care setting.
