Asset AnalystLocation: Sandhurst - Hybrid (2 days in the office)Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + £5,000 car allowance and company benefitsJob SpecificationThe potential candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the ICT and Digital team to support the design/configuration of:* New applications and customise applications in order to make them fit for purpose* Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of the database* Map out conceptual designs for repository/functionality enhancement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWorking with ICT and Digital experts to configure information within the contract Electronic Document Management System (SharePoint Online)* Ensuring data sets within the contract construction (projects) Common Data Environment are quality controlled and appropriately named, through process definition and audit.* Working with the asset management and technical compliance function to develop a master data index to ensure all information within the Electronic Document Management System is accounted and any specific attributes (e.g. security classifications) are managedthrough the information lifecycle.* Assist in the development the document/information tagging (labelling) taxonomy for the contract, creating a user friendly and logical metadata dictionary* Provide ad-hoc analysis of asset data, providing insights and recommendations * Identify and utilise innovative tools for strategic asset management monitoring* Collate Key Performance Indicator data and prepare regular performance reports* Create and maintain business reporting for assets using the business intelligence Tools* Developing templates and standard terms to support data/information quality.* Maintain appropriate data standards, to adhere to relevant legislation (GDPR and the Data Protection Act)* Ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functionally correct.* Working closely with the ICT and Digital team to support the design/configuration of:o New applications and customise applications in order to make them fit for purposeo Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of the databaseo Map out conceptual designs for repository/functionality enhancement.* Ensure that the information management standards for the contract align to the business management system* Undertake information/data audits to ensure structured data within the asset/works management system (CAFM) aligns to information contained within the Electronic Document Management System (SharePoint Online) and client systems--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
