Job: Personal Injury Negotiator (Level 2)Location: Salford - ManchesterSalary: up to £35,000 + 25 days annual leave + BH + extra last-minute day leave, performance-based bonus, generous pension scheme, health cash plan, wellbeing platform, volunteering day off, discounts and other perks. An award-winning insurance leader looking for a skilled Personal Injury Negotiator to join our growing team! Youll play a key role, supporting customers through their claims journey while expertly handling negotiations and casework.The company is growing and has a dynamic focus on innovation. Offer Hybrid working with up to 4 days from home and 1 in the office. What youll do:Manage a portfolio of moderately complex PI claims (motor & third-party)Negotiate settlements with confidenceHandle claims across various jurisdictions (England, Scotland & N. Ireland)Identify and manage potential fraudMentor and guide colleaguesWhat are we looking for: Experienced personal injury negotiator with a proven track record of Official Injury Claim (OIC) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portalsProven experience handling complex PI claims (£55k authority)Strong knowledge of liability assessment, reserve setting, and settlementsProficiency in RTA & litigation processes, including Article 75Deep understanding of relevant personal injury case law across jurisdictionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and time management skillsWhat next If you are a hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for the insurance industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity and one of our specialist consultants will be in touch with you to discuss this opportunity with you in detailbefore submitting your CV to the client.
