Job Description

Graphic Designer Required!Location: Office Based Role in Salford Quays, ManchesterSalary: £22k - £25k dependent on experienceHours:9:30am - 6pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9:30am-5:30pm on FridayWe have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing team for a Graphic Designer. We believe personality is the key to success at Knight Knox and we are looking for a talented, forward-thinking person who is not afraid to think outside of the box withcreative ideas that will enhance the Knight Knox brand.Required experience and skills:

Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite with experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, including responsive design principles. Skills in HTML / CSS are essential, please do not apply without experience.
The confidence to liaise with printers and other external suppliers for brochures, flyers, banners, etc.
A confident, outgoing and creative person who is not afraid to put forward ideas.

Desirable but not required:

Experience with PHP, jQuery, C++ and Python
1 - 2 years of commercial experience
Zapier experience
Basic content animation skills

On a typical day a Graphic Designer will:

Deliver innovative design ideas and concepts to enhance the image of the corporate brand and deliver productive lead-generation campaigns and corporate collateral to a range of audiences.
Design product brochures, flyers, mailers and corporate marketing materials.
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured HTML and CSS code to implement the mailer design vision while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Work as part of a team, but with the desire to put forward independent ideas and designs.
Provide input into the corporate website, including the design of web banners and static/animated content.
