Job Description

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion ManagerLocation: Salford Quays, M50 3AZ.Salary: £30-£35k per annum (depending on experience) plus staff benefitsContract: Permanent, full time - 37.5 hours per week over 5 daysThe Lowry is an international arts centre based in Salfords creative & cultural quarter at MediaCityUK. Our international ambitions sit comfortably with our commitment to celebrating the unique heritage of our location and to putting communities & peopleat the heart of all that we do.We are currently recruiting an experienced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead on developing and delivering the EDI strategy and drive measurable change through delegated ownership and accountability of key EDI objectives across the organisation.You will have experience of designing and delivering Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policies, programmes and actions and will bring your expertise in addressing inequalities and in creating opportunities at all levels of the organisation.Working closely with the Head of HR you will use your experience of implementing HR programmes and building inclusive practices to successfully retain and develop talent.
