The business has a strong culture of promoting within and with that there is the opportunity to move into field salesroles, supervisory and management level positions in the company.The progression is certainly attainable with the current sales manager and director team starting in this position.The role is business to business sales, with an equal mix of new business development and upselling of existing accounts. It is an office-based job, Monday to Friday, typical hours 8:30am-5pm.Commission is paid monthly with an average of £900 to £1,800 a month being earned by current members of the sales team and the higher earners averaging in excess of £50k per annum.To be considered you must have sales experience, ideally with B2B.
