Job Description

Job description teach195. are seeking Geography Teachers to join our dedicated team of staff fulfilling positions in Salford and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for outstanding individuals with a strong background in teaching Geography in secondary settingsto enhance their experience and career prospects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons following the National Curriculum.
  • Create a classroom environment that is inclusive and conducive to learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement of all pupils.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Commitment to safeguarding of all pupils and their families.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Geography Teacher with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Geography curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
