PROPERTY ADMINISTRATORSalford, ManchesterSalary: up to £25k DOEHours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (1 hour for lunch)Start Date: January 2021Our client is a small, but fast growing Property and Lettings Management company who are looking to appoint an experienced Property Assistant to work in their lovely offices in Salford, Manchester.The successful candidate will support the Lettings Manager and Directors on a day to day basis ensuring the smooth running of the office.Main Duties:* Managing the reception desk for clients coming in for meetings / appointments* Handling all client enquiries over the phone, from Rightmove / Zoopla and via email* Booking and scheduling viewings, repairs and client meetings* Responsible for drafting tenancy agreements* Creating excel spreadsheets and reports for the CEO* Handling all general enquiries* Adhoc administrative dutiesThe successful candidate will have advanced EXCEL skills, have the ability to pick up things quickly and be someone who is eager to learn.
