You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,500 plusOn Target Earnings, Plus Company Van & Petrol Card Plus Excellent Benefits!We are looking for a can do, will do enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative with skills in either joinery or plumbing to work within our Team to carry out maintenance work to domestic and commercial void properties on the Wirral, Liverpool and Runcorn.The strength of our organization lies in the quality of the people we work with. Liberty offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electricalinstallations and property building and maintenance services, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to the people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for this Multi Skilled Operative role are:Repair /renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boardsRepair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooringRepair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panellingRepair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesRepair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair/ renew timber and UPVC window framesReglaze timber fencing and gatesMulti trade skilled operative and capable of complete works in other constructiontrades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor plumbing activitiesWhat we are looking for in our ideal Multi Skilled Operative:Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline.Plastering trade discipline (desirable). Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable). A current driving licence is essential.
