Looking for your next Materials Buyer role in a business that can offer you a simple chain of command, a relaxed non-PLC environment and the chance to take on brand new sites over the coming months Then read on, do abit of nodding in between ("thissounds like ME!") and pick up the phone at the end. This family business, who go quietly about their work with none of the in-your-face approach you get at some builders, are looking to supplement their existing team with a Materials Buyer. They are a small, close-knit team in the office and as the secondBuyer coming into the business theyd look for someone whos comfortable working with all departments - if youve used COINS before then thats also great - but you do need to have had experience as a Materials Buyer in new build housing.Theres no egos here and the culture is one of placing responsibility, not blame, on the personnel within the business. They really only fully established their Procurement department at the start of last year - a gent with a lot of experience whos happyto establish you into the business - and should see a minimum of 25% growth next year with you taking on some of those new sites.Offering a package of up to early £40,000s plus car allowance, pension, a company-wide bonus and a general really great place to work (from my feedback on over 15 placements in the last 5 years) if you want a place realise your potential or if youve beenstuck in a grinding machine elsewhere Id say this is the place to be.I have worked with this company for several years and the biggest compliment I can give them is that employees dont tend to move on from this business - they must be doing something right.Summary:
