Job Description

Here at Market Smarter we are celebrating our continued expansion and are looking for numerous Telesales Executives (no cold calls) to join our team. These are working from home positions meaning you can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe even. In additionto your basic salary, we offer you uncapped earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine career development opportunities. At Market Smarter we work on behalf of colleges, training providers and local authorities nationwide, helping them recruit learners for fully funded training courses. Our brand-new head office is based in Birmingham, however, as these are remote working opportunitiesyou can work from anywhere.As a Telesales Executive, you will:

  • Make outbound calls from an approved database to promote our servicesleads will be generated for you by the marketing team
  • Manage student enquiries ensuring they are provided with excellent and professional advice
  • Make calls to prospects and build a pipeline of potential clients
  • Proactively network on a local level to yourself
At Market Smarter we are keen to speak to people about these Telesales Executive roles who have the following skills and experience:
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a Telesales, call center, customer service role with previous sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to covert enquiries into sales
  • A high degree of self-motivation, drive and ambition
  • A natural passion for further education

We have an excellent reputation within the educational sector and provide outstanding ongoing training, support, and incentives to support our internal teams, making us a great, fun,and professional place to work.In return, for this work from home Trainee Telesales role you will receive a basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000 pa plus uncapped commission.
