Job Description

Join Our Growing Team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant!If youre looking for a unique opportunity to kick start your Recruitment career, youre eager to learn and have a hunger to be the best, this is it.The RoleIn this dynamic role, no two days will be the same. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, youll be learning the ropes and getting to grips with all things Recruitment.

  • Learning how to work alongside clients and create strong relationships.
  • Understand what candidate pipeline is and how to develop it.
  • Finding your niche and learn about a sector that youll recruit in on behalf of our clients.
  • Understanding the client and candidate life cycle.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleagues best. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Sale office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.The Right PersonWe are eager to meet individuals who share our passion for recruitment and can demonstrate:
