Job Description

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive working for a worldwide freight forwarding company covering the whole of the UK. We are open on where candidates can be based as you will be selling nationwide, so based remotely from home isavailable, the offices you will report to are based in Manchester.With over 70 partner offices, 200 agents covering 5 continents we offer local expertise with global experience catering to each customers specific transportation and logistics needs.We are now recruiting for an experienced Telesales candidate based in Sale and once trained on the company systems you will be able to work hybrid 2 days a week from home and 3 days a week in the office.Joining an already established and successful freight forwarding sales teamThe Key Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience required ..

  • Making telesales calls and creating sales appointments for the national sales team
  • Comfortable building strong, working relationships with new customers around the business and within customer accounts
  • Motivated by results, with a proven track record of meeting/beating targets you must thrive on a challenge and have a determination to succeed
  • Excellent literacy and communication skills - phone and email
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding phone-based skills (both cold calling and working with warm leads)
  • Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Tenacious, resilient, and confident person
Benefits
  • Salary £25,000 - £28,000
  • Commission
  • Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
