What we’re looking for in a Retentions AdvisorWe are currently looking for positive customer focused individuals to join our retentions team and support continued growth within the company.The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, an empathetic, persuasive and confident telephone manner and an ability to develop good working relationships with business customers. You will have a genuine passion for sales and customer service and thrive in a fast-paced targeted environment.What you’ll do as a Retentions AdvisorAs a Retentions Advisor, you’ll be contacting our existing business customers, providing excellent customer service whilst resolving any issues they have with the aim of retaining their business services. The role offers great variety and provides a fantastic opportunity for someone to enhance their negotiating and influencing skills.
