Recruitment Vendor Partner - Nationwide - Permanent - Remote Working - Up to £24K We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Vendor Partner to work on a large MSP account within the Construction sector.Working for Advantage xPO (the MSP/ RPO arm of the Advantage Group), The successful candidate will ideally have experience of recruiting within the construction sector due to needing to understand the terminology used by hiring managers and manage both Blue and White Collar roles. This role would particularly suit recruiters who want to move away from the sales aspect of recruitment and move into the MSP/ RPO environment. Duties:* Manage the end to end recruitment process for contingent roles* Act as key interface within the business responsible for the fulfilment of client vacancies* Management of AWR process* Be able to communicate job role requirements and keep to deadlines* Ensure any change in processs are documented and communicated to all parties* Ownership of all CRM and VMS activities and act as point of contact for all related issues, providing training when required* Ensure a close relationship with your account manager(s) to agree pipeline forecasts* Ensure suppliers are working to correct process, SLA and KPIs* Be comfortable holding briefing calls with the client to validate role and chair calls with Supply ChainSkills and experience:* IT competence is essential - experience in using a recruitment VMS systems would be an advantage* Attention to detail* Previous recruitment experience within the construction sector preferred * Ability to build strong and trusted business relationships* Highly organised and process focused* Time management and prioritisation skillsAdvantage Group actively encourage internal career progression therefore this position would be suited for consultants looking to progress their recruitment career within client account management.
