Role: Lettings ManagerSector: PropertyLocation: Sale, Greater ManchesterSalary: £22,000 - £24,000 (dependent upon experience) + uncapped commission, OTE: £31,000 - £33,000Description:Experienced Lettings Manager required for one of the North Wests leading independent Estate Agencies working from their well-established and successful Sale branch in Greater Manchester.The ideal candidate will be professional and extremely proactive in their approach; highly enthusiastic and ambitious.As well as a proven track record in Estate Agency or Residential lettings the successful Lettings Manager candidate will also be responsible for generating new business and providing exceptional customer service to their existing client base.If you are a customer service focused Lettings Manager / Negotiator then this could be the role for you, in return you can expect a basic salary of £22,000 - £24,000 dependent upon experience, plus uncapped bonus.Responsibilities:
