Join us as a Lead Recruitment ConsultantOur Advantage team is on the lookout for a Lead Recruitment Consultant.Are you commercially mindedA seasoned Recruitment Consultant with Qual or Part Qual Finance experienceSomeone who can cultivate strong client and candidate relationshipsLook no further - this opportunity to join our thriving Accountancy and Finance team in Manchester could be the best step in your career.The RoleIn this role you’ll report to our Associate Director of Professional Services and be a huge part of our growth ambitions, elevating our position in the Accountancy and Finance recruitment market.You’ll be responsible for growing our client base, by developing new relationships from the very beginning and through partnering our existing clients.You’ll work closely with your candidates to understand their expertise and find the perfect fit where they’ll be a game changer.With strong support from our Central Services, you’ll create a seamless recruitment process for candidates and clients, new and old that drives commercial gains.Youll be working as part of a fun and collaborative team in our newly refurbished Sale officeWe’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleagues best - with 3 days in, 2 days out model. However, our offices are available 5 days a week for you to use.The Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:

  • Generate and cultivate new business relationships with key clients, ensuring sustained partnerships and fostering client loyalty.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build robust relationships, with a focus on sourcing and promoting candidates within the organization.
Candidate Management:
  • Implements creative solutions to generate candidates, identifying passive’ jobseekers and utilises candidate pipeline methodologies
  • Utilising post placement care to improve strategic partnerships
Service Excellence:
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to clients, evidenced by referrals, repeat business, testimonials, and a high fill rate.
  • Evaluate and promptly act on recommendations to continually enhance service quality.
The Right PersonWere keen to meet anyone that shares our passion for recruitment. And someone who can demonstrate:
  • Great Communication: At all levels. You’ll be reporting to senior stakeholder and working with external partners. Being able to communicate effectively is a must.
  • Leadership: Having the ability to inspire and role model behaviours within the team
  • Proven Experience: A background in Finance Recruitment would be ideal. But if you think your experience in other sectors is transferrable, we’re open to hear about it.
