We are looking to add several driven and highly motivated Sales Executives to our high-performing team. You’ll be given all the tools to succeed, we just need you.As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of business by following up on leads from our in-house Lead Generation team, inbound line, and referrals from our sister company, providing quotes to our customers usingour panel of award-winning, A-Rated insurance partners.Experience RequiredYou’ll need to have previous experience in a high-volume target-driven B2B sales environment, building rapport with customers to understand their individual circumstances and needs.You will be a passionate, career-driven, and motivated sales professional with excellent negotiation skills, able to negotiate with underwriters and clients alike, to provide a solution that works for all parties.No two days will be the same so you will need to be organised and ambitious to achieve your targets.Get paid for every saleWith a starting salary of up to £29,300 and an uncapped commission scheme, you’ll be hitting up to £36,000 OTE in no time.Our StoryThe Insurance Octopus, part of the Verastar Group, is Manchester’s fastest growing Commercial Insurance Brokerage.
