Job Description

Insurance Sales Advisor – NO WEEKENDSLocation: Sale, ManchesterSalary: £18,000 - £22,000 + CommissionContract Type: Permanent, Full-timeRed Dot Recruitment are currently working on behalf of one of the fastest growing Commercial Insurance Brokers, and we are looking for X3 great Insurance Sales Advisors to join the team ASAP. Our client is committed to growing there staff, which is why they offer excellent progression opportunities as well as a great benefits package.As our client is part of a larger commercial business services group, they have all of the benefits and support that come with a corporate entity while maintaining the ethos, family-feel and proactive nature of a smaller company.The Insurance Sales Advisor role:Through a combination of some of the most well-known insurers and some more specialist niche insurers, you will compare business insurance quotes, aiming to help customers by tailoring their policy to exactly what they need.You will be responsible building and maintaining a pipeline of business by following up on leads from our in-house Lead Generation team, inbound line and referrals from our sister company, providing quotes to customers using a panel of award winning, A-Rated insurance partners.Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a target driven environment (minimum 6 months)
  • Experience building rapport with customers to understand their individual needs and circumstances
  • The ability to negotiate with underwriters and clients
  • You will need to be organised and ambitious in order to achieve targets
    • Benefits of the Insurance Sales Advisor role:Our client has a defined program in place to encourage every member of their team to increase their basic salary. The employee progression route has been created to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts with regular checkpoints in place where your salary will be reviewed to allow you to maximise your earning potential.For every 5 months out of 6 that you are on target you will receive an additional 2% increase on your basic salary.You will be given the option upon the successful completion of probation to study for your Cert. CII, funded by our client. You will also be given a £2,000 pay increase on successful completion of your studies as a reward for your hard work!As well as the amazing progression opportunities, Insurance Sales Advisors will also receive:
  • Uncapped commission structure (starting at £500 a month OTE increasing to £750 per month once you consistently hit your monthly target).
  • Fully funded CII Qualification– Employees with a CII qualification receive £2,000 salary increase.
  • 30 Days Holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 33 days after 1 years’ service.
