* Global manufacturing org. with operations in 33 countries* Hybrid working, with an office base in South Manchester* International travel (4-6 trips per year)In this role of Internal Audit Manager, you will assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing and delivering the annual risk based internal audit plan. You will ensure completion of the internal audit plan as approved by the Audit & Finance Committee, which includes various business process reviews such as accounting, procurement, sales, customer contracts and projects, human resources, research & development,operations, inventory management, compliance and code of conduct and information security. You will provide value-added and business-oriented recommendations to improve companys internal controls, governance, and risk management processes and will be seen as a valued business partner to business teams across the Company. Strategic initiatives such as assisting the Head of Internal Audit in developing the annual global risk based internal audit plan, lead/ assisting internal audit teams in various global projects that encompass areas of compliance, operational, financial, andspecialized audits as well as managing co-souce delivery partners, and dupporting the preparation and delivery of audit committee reports. Candidate should be a self-starter and highly motivated. Motivation to grow and have ambition for Head of role is a must. Ability to collaborate, partner and develop trusting and credible relationships with various stakeholders.Extensive internal audit experience within BIG4 or a manufacturing, utility or energy multinational business. Experienced with automated internal controls in SAP. Knowledge of ACL or any other data analytics tool also preferred.
