We are representing an award-winning broking group with a strong regional presence and ambitious plans for further expansion. Having recently moved into new and prestigious offices they provide both commercial and personal insurance products to a UK wide customer base, employing over 400 people. Over recent years our client has been successful in recruiting a number of industry figureheads to drive forwards their corporate offering, and as a result have experienced significant growth in this arena over the last 18 months.To support ongoing expansion of their Manchester operations whilst ensuring that existing clients are provided with an unrivalled level of customer service we are working on their behalf to source a Commercial Account Handler with cross class product knowledge. Dealing with a broad range of commercial clients, your role will be varied and will require a flexible hands approach to day to day broking activity, including administration and supporting the Account Executives.Applicants must come from a commercial broking background and will ideally be accustomed to all aspects of account handling, including new business broking, adjustments, amendments and renewals. You must be fully computer literate and have a professional telephone manner.
