Job Description

Associate Electrical Engineer - ManchesterOJ0015Up to £58,000 plus benefitsThis is an amazing opportunity for an Associate Electrical Engineer to join a rapidly growing Construction Consultancy firm. Our client is offering a permanent role based near Manchester, with great training and development opportunities.To be considered for this Electrical Engineer role you will:

  • Have a BEng(Hons) Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Have experience dealing directly with clients
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Have excellent report writing skills
  • Have 10-15 years of relevant work experience
  • Be Proficient in the use of IT systems with experience of using Amtech Pro Design, Dialux and/or Dialux Evo, Revit, AutoCAD
  • Have Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Be willing to learn and develop new skills
Working as an Electrical Engineer you will:
  • Provide support at all stages of the design process on related projects
  • Lead the design team to enhance the "Design Excellence" through qualified project delivery
  • Manage design stage including coordination with project stakeholders and others external and internal
  • Manage & co-ordinate engineering activities, designers & CAD operators for specific projects
  • Oversee the establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan and other documents
