Account Manager (Office Based)£25k basic + £4k comm.Monday to Friday - Full Time - HybridLocation: Manchester Office - Sale, M33 2GSAbout the roleAn exciting opportunity to join an established team within part of our office based Corporate Sales Account Management function, youll be responsible for supporting the provision of company cars and light commercial vehicles to our Mid Market channel.This fast paced and dynamic role ensures that our customers receive expert knowledge and advice on all aspects of managing and maintaining their fleet of vehicles.Youll work very closely with our field based business managers, helping secure and maintain business for Arval UK by ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve.Following extensive training, youll be providing our customers with expert knowledge and advice on suitable vehicle leasing options, you will ensure we satisfy their individual requirements. You will remain customer focused, build good rapport and professionalensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. As an Account Manager youll be;· Answering inbound calls from Arval UKs Corporate Customer base· Managing and coordinating quotes, general correspondence and enquiries via email· Using a mixture of MS office packages and our internal systems to accurately record the information· Offering and delivery top quality customer service· Identifying upselling opportunities· Building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service to our customersWhats In It For YouAs a Corporate Sales Account Manager youll enjoy the benefits of Payzone level A3 -This includes a package of upto £29,000 OTE.
