Are you based in the Rutherglen area If youre ready to take your customer service skills to the next level and join a team thats dedicated to providing great service, we want to hear from you!Hours: 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pmLocation: Strathclyde, 257 Glasgow Road, Rutherglen, Glasgow G73 1SGWhat will I be doingA Customer Service Advisor is an essential role within the branch network, you will build relationships with customers and understand their wider requirements in order to maximise sales growth.You will be in regular contact with our customers and therefore you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience. In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;

Getting to know our products and services to maximise all customer interactions
Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
Build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
Dealing with lapsed accounts
