We are a nationwide team of 1100 employees with over 13 sites.Our success was recently celebrated at the Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards 2019, where our Hamilton-based brand Clear Business, was named Best Business (51+ employees).As we continue to grow and invest in telecoms and utilities, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Manager with contact-centre experience and an enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service to join our Customer Service department in Rutherglen, Glasgow.What youll do as a Customer Service Team ManagerYou will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of the right Customer Service Advisors to the team and supporting their experience during induction to the company and our processes. Once the team have completed their induction and joined the call centre floor, you’ll be responsible for the leadership, coaching, motivation and performance management of your team coach and the team in order to meet the required targets, KPI’s and overall performance.You will support your team with a wide range of queries such as billing and supporting where services may not be working in order that they can deliver a first-class service. You will contribute to the success of the team by achieving your own personal performance objectives and understanding how both yours and your teams contribution affects the overall performance of the Customer Service department.Working in a fast-paced environment that embraces change, youll analyse, evaluate and report on individual and team performance against targets and invest time in your team so they can realise their full potential. You will use a number of resources to identify opportunities for further training and development of your team and the wider department across both of our customer service sites.What were looking for in a Customer Service Team ManagerAs an ideal candidate for this role, you should be an experienced manager, team leader, supervisor or performance coach with a proven track record of working within a similar fast paced environment and demonstrate an infectious desire to achieve the very best service for both your team and our customers.Our benefits & Perks:
