KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 Years (min) experience of processing a high quantity of property sales
My high-end client is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor with 2 years (min) experience of processing a high quantity of property sales for this role along with very strong administration and customer service skills.Sales Progressor Experience, Duties and Attributes:
  • Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Vendors and Purchasers providing an open line of communication and ensuring issues are resolved
  • Ensure all aspects of the sales administration process are handled quickly, efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure that Vendors and Purchasers receive a professional service
  • Highly organised person
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • 2 Years (min) experience of processing a high quantity of property sales
  • Passion for property
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Work well under pressure, in a busy environment
  • Deal with telephone enquiries when needed
