The company is seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their compassionate team in delivering exceptional care services across Ruislip, Ickenham, Harefield, and Harrow Weald. The Role:Domiciliary Care Managers are pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients. The role involves:

Overseeing the provision of 5000 hours of care per month to primarily private clients, with a focus on expanding nursing services.
Maintaining and enhancing the companys Good CQC rating through excellent leadership and service standards.
Demonstrating a stable track record in care management and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Ensuring all care services are compliant with current regulations and best practices.

The Candidate:The company is looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager who possesses:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
A stable and proven track record in the health care sector, Either domiciliary care, nursing care or a care home
The capability to develop and maintain relationships with both private and NHS clients.
A commitment to upholding the companys reputation and care standards.
